The foundation of the Shourya Group was laid in 2014 with the establishment of Vision Services, marking the beginning of a focused journey in financial services. With growing expertise and client trust, the group expanded operations by forming Shourya Fincare Financial Services LLP in 2019, strengthening its presence in lending and financial advisory services. To further enhance digital capabilities and innovation, Shourya Fin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2025, enabling the group to deliver faster, smarter, and technology-enabled financial solutions. Founder’s Profile

The Shourya Group is founded by Mr. Mangesh Newase, a graduate with over 16 years of rich experience in the banking and financial services industry. Mr. Mangesh Newase has worked with leading international banks, including Citi Bank, where he gained extensive exposure to global banking standards, risk assessment, credit evaluation, and customer-centric financial solutions. His strong industry background and ethical approach form the backbone of the Shourya Group’s values and operations. Co-founder introduction : Naveen Kilaru is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Shourya Fin Technologies Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him over 15 years of rich experience in the banking and financial services industry. He is a Business School graduate from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management, with a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive industry exposure. Throughout his career, Naveen has held key leadership roles with leading institutions such as HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, YES Bank, and other prominent banking and financial organizations, serving in CEO and Managing Director–level positions. His deep understanding of the banking ecosystem and strong relationships with business channel partners have played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and driving sustainable growth. Naveen possesses comprehensive expertise across all financial products, delivering outstanding performance across Pan-India operations. His strengths span credit, sales, operations, and digital marketing, enabling him to build efficient systems, high-performing teams, and customer-centric solutions. Known for his hardworking nature, strategic thinking, and execution excellence, Naveen continues to lead Shourya Fin Technologies with a clear vision—creating a reliable, growth-driven financial platform that empowers partners and customers alike.
